Dr. Plumley is Board Certified By the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. With over 22 years of clinical and surgical practice experience, Dr. Plumley's focus is on medical treatment for common foot and ankle conditions, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and complete diabetic care.  

• Graduate of the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine
• Three year surgical residency
• Fellowship in Milan Italy February 2014 to study Ilizarov Technique for Complex Foot and Ankle Deformity  
• Training in Advanced Wound Care by National Healing/Healogics
