Dr. Plumley is board certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has more than 22 years of clinical and surgical experience specializing in foot and ankle care, reconstructive surgery, and diabetic foot treatment. He is a graduate of the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, completed a three-year surgical residency, and received advanced training in the Ilizarov Technique for complex foot and ankle deformities in Milan, Italy, as well as advanced wound care training through Healogics. Dr. Plumley is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Ohio Foot & Ankle Association.

Meet Teddy, Dr. Plumley’s furry companion! Teddy is a lovable Poodle with a bright personality, endless charm, and plenty of affectionate energy to share with everyone he meets.

Meet Dr. Plumley’s wonderful family! In his free time, Dr. Plumley enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He is the proud father of two daughters, Abigail and Allison, and a son, Max. Dr. Plumley feels incredibly grateful and blessed to have such a loving and supportive family by his side.

Middletown High School graduate Payton joined Dr. Plumley’s team in 2024 as a medical assistant and has quickly become a valued part of the practice. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient. Looking ahead, Payton plans to further her education in Office Management while continuing to grow within the healthcare field.

Meet the fur babies! Mo and Mita are Payton’s lovable Olde English Bulldogges, full of personality and endless energy. Binx and Pumpkin, Payton’s childhood cats, bring plenty of spunk and are always ready for attention and affection. In her free time, Payton loves spending quality time with her animals and making memories with her furry companions.

Meet Ezekiel, Payton’s soon-to-be husband! Payton and Ezekiel met in 2024 and spent the beginning of their relationship long distance until 2025. Ezekiel has worked in the welding industry since 2024 and specializes as an aerospace welder. Together, Payton and Ezekiel enjoy hiking, cozy movie nights, and spending quality time together whenever they can.

Middletown High School graduate Rylee Webb joined Dr. Plumley’s team in 2025 as the Front Desk Receptionist and Medical Assistant Floater. She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and takes pride in providing helpful, attentive support both in person and over the phone. Rylee is committed to assisting

She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and takes pride in providing helpful, attentive support both in person and over the phone. Rylee is committed to assisting patients in any way she can and helping ensure each visit runs smoothly. In addition to her role at the office, she is currently attending Miami University, where she is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

Meet Rylee’s fur baby, Nala! Nala is an Australian Shepherd and Rylee’s very first dog of her own. Full of energy and personality, she keeps Rylee smiling and loves being part of her everyday adventures. Rylee enjoys taking Nala fishing, hiking, going on walks, and spending time at Armco Park for softball games and outdoor fun.

Meet Rylee’s soon-to-be husband, Blake! Blake and Rylee have been together since 2022 and love spending quality time together. Whether they’re fishing, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, or creating new memories, they enjoy building a life together filled with love, laughter, and adventure.

Sydnee graduated from Butler Tech in 2022 with a focus in Veterinary Science. Since joining the team as a Medical Assistant in 2025, Sydnee has enjoyed creating a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and coworkers by bringing a fun, upbeat attitude to work each day

Outside of work, Sydnee enjoys spending time with her animals. Sydnee has two dogs, Moose, a 2-year-old Chocolate Lab, and Dexter, a 1-year-old Beagle, along with her 26-year-old American Quarter Horse, Doc. Caring for and spending time with them is one of Sydnee's favorite ways to relax and recharge.

Sydnee's husband, Eric, and Sydnee were married in December 2025. Eric is a mechanic and has recently joined the Army. They enjoy spending quality time together and supporting each other in their careers and goals.

Hailie graduated from Monroe High School in 2023 and joined Dr. Plumley's team in 2026 as a Medical Assistant. Hailie is passionate about providing compassionate, quality care and strive to make every patient feel comfortable, supported, and valued throughout their experience.

Outside of work, Hailie enjoys spending time with her one-year-old dog, Bandit, who is an Australian Shepherd and Bluetick Coonhound mix. He keeps life fun, active, and full of energy.

In addition to working in healthcare, Hailie is also a licensed hairstylist. Hailie graduated cosmetology school in 2024 and has a true passion for helping clients look and feel their best through hair and beauty services.
